Blueberry

The base of the truffle is a ganache made from blueberry liqueur, dark chocolate, crushed dried blueberries, and honey. Crushed pistachios add a light crunch.
The coating is made from Callebaut Velvet white chocolate with the addition of freeze-dried blueberry powder.
