Cloudberry
The truffle highlights the rich taste of Nordic cloudberries. To achieve an incredibly soft and velvety texture, I used cloudberry liqueur and Callebaut milk chocolate.
The coating is made from white chocolate colored with cloudberry powder.
The candy is sealed with Callebaut Ruby chocolate, adding a unique touch to both its taste and appearance.
